I’ve requested a refund for this tour, since the tour operator did not show up or respond to several attempts at contacting them. My party waited for nearly an hour at the location arranged for pickup with no communication at all from the tour contact. Luckily we were able to find a very kind Uber driver who drove us to the North Shore and returned later in the day to take us back to Waikiki. But, it was still frustrating to have an hour wasted and our plans change because of this tour operator.

My husband and I just finished our Hawaiian getaway and we're so lucky to have known Sefo who introduced us to the tours that North Shore Tours can provide us. We particularly loved the Oahu Island Tour. Our tour guide, Ian, was excellent and I can do that tour all-over again! We love Ian - so relatable to any age group! We also really liked our Pearl Harbor Tour. We also love our tour guide, Moe for the Luau tour, that makes off the mediocre Luau we got from Paradise Cove to say the least. (I'd say it's not the North Shore Tour's fault at all!) Thanks to North Shore Tours for a very memorable and enjoyable vacation!

Very unhappy with this service! First, I was not sent a time and location for the pick up so I had to contact the tour operator several times until I finally reached them. On the day of the tour, no one came to pick me up and the tour operator was again not reachable via email or phone. I requested a full refund for my ticket but my vacation day was ruined. Overall it was a very upsetting and frustrating experience and I would definitely not recommend to book a tour with them!
