Long hair must be pulled back
Adventure Ticket must be able to reach to 5’9" with one hand and feet flat on the ground
If guest is under 16, they must be accompanied in the trees by an adult aged 16 years or older
Waiver must be completed by all guests. If under the age of 18, parents must complete waiver
Must weight 275 lbs or less

Had a GREAT time!! Highly recommend this adventure but be prepared to be really tired by the end if you don't work out on a daily basis. My 17 yr old runner zipped thru all 5, my former heart patient husband completed all 5 courses but was exhausted, my brother and I could barely walk after the 3rd course. But it was still awesome.

This was my second time to Tree-Umph and it was another fun day! I noticed some obstacles were new since last year. The kids (12 and 14) were worn out by the end of the 3rd course. The adults went on to finish 4 (one of us) and 5 (the other one). The water wrist band is worth every penny! Next year I hope to book further in advance to get there earlier!

I've been before and I had a lot of fun! This time around was not so great. There were lines of at least 20 people before every course and then completely backed up once we were on the course. Had to wait on platforms for 5-15 minutes just to go to the next one. Also, a large group of women in front of us were jumping up and down on the course and being completely over the top. It was scaring a lot of people behind me and myself included. No guide did anything about it and I was very disappointed. After 4 hours of being there, I had to leave to make an appointment so we weren't even able to finish the entire course. We could only do 3.
