Waiver must be completed by all guests. If under the age of 18, parents must complete waiver

This was my 4th time taking grooups to Treeumph. It is always the highlight and most talked about event

Ok Bad stuff first . Absolutely poured with rain . Crack of lighting .. Had a staff member ( lady) shout at me to come down the tree from 20 Foot quickly ... Yes I know I had to come down but she must have told me 20 times to come down quickly . I could only go as fast as I could manage .no point at shouting at someone when the only way is down anyway . So that really annoyed me. The rest of the staff who happened to be male were fantastic helpful and encouraging . A terrific course here. It's very strenuous and I would advice to take the deal on the inclusive all day water bottles they offer. The gloves at $3 each were worth their weight in gold. It's not as good as Go Ape in the UK but it's a buzz for adults and children :) great day out in spite of the weather .

Sometimes it is important for our guides to stress the importance of moving quickly in emergency situations, like when we have severe weather quickly approaching. However, we work hard to train our guides to do it in a way that does not irritate our guest. We went today and were so impressed. The staff was great! The adventure courses were challenging but absolutely incredible. Be prepared though, it can be a physical challenge. All in all, a great family day!
