Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No open toed shoes on the course
Long hair must be pulled back
Adventure Ticket must be able to reach to 5’9" with one hand and feet flat on the ground
If guest is under 16, they must be accompanied in the trees by an adult aged 16 years or older
Waiver must be completed by all guests. If under the age of 18, parents must complete waiver
Must weight 275 lbs or less

TreeUmph is seriously the best adventure my husband and I have experienced!! It was our first time. I thought I would be freaked out by the height but I felt completely safe the entire time. The guides said to "respect your body/strength limitations" and I am glad I listened. I could feel my arms getting weaker by the third sequence of events. I decided to skip the higher levels and finish off our day on the long zip line. We are looking forward to coming back to finish all levels!!! Great workout, great fun with complete strangers!!! I loved how everyone was helping each other. The guides were always in sight. Super fun time!!!!!

Spent 3 hours and laughed the whole time. Great fun.. the final course was out of my skill level. . But makes me want to go back and challenge myself to finish.

My sister, my friend and I decided we're gonna do something crazy and go to TreeUmph. Crazy because we're in our mid fifties! It was super fun! Rather strenuous at times but well worth the adventure! We made it through level 4! We'd do it again : )
