Turquoise is one of my favorite gems so it was a must to visit when I was in Albuquerque. There is so much to read and see that I advise to give yourself at least 2 to 3 hours to visit the museum. The staff is friendly and informative as well. They are knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. I enjoyed the hands on activities through out the museum. I suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before the time you choose because the tour starts right at the chosen time. I highly recommend this museum if you admire turquoise.
