A tour would have probably been a bit more useful in sorting out all of the information I was seeing but I enjoyed my time walking through the museum and looking all that I saw. Well laid out.

We loved our time here! There is so much to learn and to experience! It was great spending time with the curators learning more about the museum and its contents. The philosophy of this museum is a hands on and people oriented experience. You’ll learn not just about turquoise but also many other aspects of life.

This museum taught me that I really knew nothing about Turquoise. For starters the building and furnishings created a multitude of questions. The many Turquoise displays and hands on teaching stations were displayed in such unique settings, onto of marble bathtub for one. Thought provoking discussions with the owner added to the charm and created an a lovely afternoon.
