This was a great snorkel time. The boat had a lot of guides to help you enjoy the experience. They were able to split up and help all levels of swimmers. I have an artificial leg and the tour guys helped me get over to see the sea turtles. They were very accommodating for everyone. My 16 year old loved it. On the way back, we also saw dolphins. They provided drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend the tour.

The boat and crew were very helpful and knowledgeable about the turtles. Seeing them swimming in there natural environment was a once in a lifetime experience.

Numbers don’t work to get ahold of them, emails don’t either. Total scam don’t book through this company, they don’t refund you either . They send you a email about how unfortunately they can’t send a refund.

I’m so sorry for your issue. Our phone number is (808) 436-3483, this is our only phone number and we are available 7 days per week from 8-5 local time. We would have loved to have taken you snorkeling at the time that you booked. We were ready for you at the boat and were not aware that you were not coming until the captain called to check in as you were not there for the departure. We were never contacted by you prior to your trip which you did not show up for. You stated that you had sent emails and no one responded. We could find no record of this but do understand that mistakes can happen so simply asked that you forward them so we could process your refund. We also asked to see where our number was listed incorrectly. We never received a response for you in regards to these items so we did not approve the refund for your reservation. We offer refunds for any reservations cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the trip. This is a standard cancellation policy for activities. Tours booked through Viator/TripAdvisor can also be cancelled online or through the agency that they were purchased through. We do not try to hide this policy and you are required to agree to it when you book and pay for a reservation. It is true that if you do not show up for your trip or cancel within 24 hours you will not be refunded for the trip. Although we understand that this policy can cause unhappy customers when trips are missed, we disagree that it is a scam as you are made aware of it when booking.
