Thank you Juneau Whale watch I appreciated the excellent service from reservations to Whale. I had a lot of questions and Serena answered them all I also called the day of the trip with questions and was given excellent customer service The boat was so clean and just the right size Michelle (our captain) made us aware of the proximity in interacting with wildlife. She was exceptional with this regard to the whale that was lunge feeding against the shore Seeing and just being with that whale made my entire trip to Juneau! The crew gave fantastic service and groaner jokes that set a great mood for the day. We also lucked out to have great weather ( not always the case in Juneau) Thank you also for not forcing retail/alcohol on us. The absence of useless trinkets and watered down drinks was so nice !!! I feel they put their all into making a great day for the passengers

If you are planning to stop in Juneau as part of a cruise, save your money and DON'T book through the cruise ship. We walked off the ship and straight to the Juneau Tours booth on the dock, booked a 2-3 hour whale watching tour for $145/person, far less than we would have paid to the cruise line and it was fantastic! Worth every penny, . The crew was terrific and knowledgeable, and they gave a money-back guarantee to see whales. We were not disappointed. No refunds issued on that tour! I would definitely choose them again, hands down.
