Before you read this review I would like to note that I have reposted it with some minor edits because the company being reviewed read my initial review, reached out to me and we had a really positive conversation about my group's experience and what could be done better in the future. Had a really traumatic experience with this company last week. It was a very rainy day and we called the company to confirm that our trip was still going out. They assured me we were good to go. When we got into our boat our guide told us the river was at 4000 when it is usually at a 1200. My understanding is that these conditions are still acceptable to send groups out in; however, I think some type of disclaimer or option to cancel would have been a good idea considering the circumstances. My boat was one of two that flipped over while we were on the river, ours in the middle of a category four rapid. I was caught underneath the boat when it flipped. Our guide was unable to flip the boat back over for us to get into it. We ended up having to swim to other boats. The river was so wild that I swallowed tons of water while swimming to another boat. The other boat was trying to paddle out of the rapid and could not lift me in so I was forced to hang onto the side of the boat for several minutes until they could pull me in. We were all supposed to get back into our boat with our guide but she was unable to finish the trip and someone else had to take over the boat. Needless to say I was too upset to get back in that boat and stayed with the boat that pulled me in for the rest of the trip. I would have preferred to exit the river immediately but was told that was not an option. I have rafted other places and always really enjoyed it. I am sure this company is fine 95% of the time but I would be wary of booking with them if the weather and river conditions are not optimal.

My first experience White Water Rafting- Haley made the anticipation worth it! Super personable :) She cracked jokes the whole time, helped when my niece was anxious, and guided us and made us feel safe. She was very knowledgeable about the river itself, and knew where the dangerous rocks were and what to avoid, all while making it super fun! My sister in law even got to “Ride the Bull” & her and I were both got to hop in the water and relax while floating down. I’ll definitely be rafting again! Thanks Haley !

Awesome time! Sam our guide gave us an experience to remember. So much fun!! Good combination of rapids and relaxing. There is an option to have an extreme experience where you try to stay on the raft but the whilst one was just as fun! Must do while in Tennessee!
