The experience in the desert was nice but more speed would have been much more fun and definitely more time in the sand dunes would have added to the fun. Overall a great time and good experience.

Tour was a lot of fun, however the rental agreement was not clear. Renting for 2 adults means 2 adults 1 UTV and you can't share the driving. Also, there's a $1,000 deductible if you purchase a damage waiver which isn't worth purchasing. A group means 4 people in one UTV with one designated driver.

Thank you for visiting us. We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour! I’m sorry my staff failed to properly explain the rental agreement and insurance requirements. Our insurance mandates only 1 driver, per vehicle, per tour. We upload a picture of your drivers license to them at the beginning of the tour, so there’s no way around it. They do this because our tours are structured in such a way to where they start off super easy to get you comfortable with the powerful turbo charged machine and then gradually increase in difficulty as the terrain becomes more challenging, so that toward the end of the tour your comfortable doing all the fun stuff on the sand dunes. That’s the logic anyway behind not switching drivers. It’s an insurance and a safety thing. As far as the $1,000 deductible you said “wasn’t worth it”.. well, you’re actually making it sound better than it really is, lol. The deductible is actually worse, it’s actually $1,500. But, it’s totally worth it!! Let me explain. This month we had two roll-over accidents. Yes! Even though it’s a guided tour, some folks just can’t seem to control their right foot and let their adrenaline get the best of them. The first bill I got from the dealer was $7,600 and the one I just got two days ago for the second roll-over was $12,367. Both customers only had to pay the $1,500 deductible and the insurance pays the rest. One customer paid the deductible, the other customer was an 18-year old kid, he didn’t pay and we haven’t heard from him since. So, we are probably gonna take a big hit on that one. Anyway, that’s how all of that works. I probably went into more detail than I needed to, but I just wanted to be transparent with you. In summary, you’re awesome and I appreciate your business and the 4-star review. I hope in the future we can do a better job and pop that 4-star review up one notch and make it 5-stars, so we’ll do our best to work towards that. Thank you again!!
