Overall it was a great tour. Tour guide Viktor was informative and knew all the spots for great pictures. My only complaint was with the pick-up. Was looking for a small sprinter van but was picked up in a car. This caused a lot of confusion and almost caused me to miss the tour.

The vehicle used was a Mercedes ML350, which we typically reserve for private tours. We appreciate your understanding and will work on ensuring clearer communication for future pick-ups. We were 2couples on a small group tour with Victor, who picked us up at 6:30 a.m. from our hotel. Despite being told water would be supplied, Victor had no water, and we hadn’t brought any. It was very cold the morning of the tour, so we skipped one of the hikes. We did do the hike through the narrows, which was worthwhile. Victor was short on describing the park and various stops, but it could have been because we knew each other and were socializing. It was pricey for what we got, truthfully.
