Anything goes on this tour catered just for your group up to 6 passengers. These are very popular so book in advance! Large group private tours are available on larger boat.

The ride and the guide was nice but way to commercial! I would say it was an expensive air boat ride. We enjoyed the ride but didn’t see anything but birds, not saying we would see much else but I don’t feel we had much chance bc the boat was at high speed most all of the ride so it’s not like we had a chance to spot other swamp animals. And the guide did stop twice and we talked which was nice. Next time we will look for a not so commercial tour guide.

We have been in business for over 27 years and our captains are highly trained to educate their passengers about the area flora, fauna and wildlife. If your captain did not meet our criteria we need to find out which captain you had so that we can work on retraining him. Please email us more information about your tour such as the tour date, and the captain’s name. If you cannot remember your captain’s name we would appreciate it if you can give us a description of his estimated age, hair color, body build, and if he had facial hair or not. We would also like to know if you complained to the front desk after your tour. (We want to be sure our staff handled your complaint appropriately.) Any information you can provide us will be very helpful so that we can investigate this further. We do not have commentary in the ear muffs because we prefer giving our customers one on one time and our captains stop the boat and turn it off along the way to get a more up close and personal experience. We prefer that to trying to speak through the hearing protection while the boat is running. We are sorry you didn’t see as much wildlife as you had expected on your tour. There are many things that contribute to the amount of wildlife you would see on any given tour. The time of year, the time of day and the temperature. We advise to come early in the morning or at night during the summer, and the middle of the day (when it’s the warmest) during the winter. We do have a tour that we guarantee alligator sightings. We guarantee it at night, since alligators are nocturnal, and move around the most at night. We hope to hear from you soon so that this can be resolved to your satisfaction. Enjoyed ride and commentary with Captain Andy. Ride was first time on air boat for the four of us. Ride was fun and scenic. Captain Andy was knowledgeable about the Everglades wildlife and flora. We even saw a baby alligator!

Although we didn’t see any alligators on our trip we still had lots of other wildlife pointed out to us. Our tour guide was excellent, enthusiastic, entertaining and very safety conscious but also happy to point out anything of interest and answer our questions.
