This was my husband and my first visit to yellowstone and Montana. Miriam was our guide and she was PHENOMENAL!! Her knowledge of the history of the national park and her passion for preserving its natural beauty is why I would 100% recommend this tour and this guide. She was prepared, friendly, patient (as I took 5 million pictures) and she was thoroughly informative. This is worth every penny and more. The best experience ever!

Awful! Don't waste your money. We booked a "VIP" tour in September for 4 of us and paid for the tour. But when we were picked up, the guide had a pick up with a tiny half cab seat in the back which meant 3 of us would be jammed into. It also had a straight back of plastic with did not lean back at all and no room for a middle person really. In other words not appropriate for 3 people in the back AT ALL. Immediately after being picked up I voiced my concern and the tour guide said she would contact the Globe Trekker manager and get us a better vehicle. Well an hour later she told us no other vehicle was available, so we said we would perfer to be taken back to our hotel as this ride was too uncomfortable and problematic for someone with a bad back. I assumed we would be given our money back since it was supposed to be a VIP tour! But no luck there. After several phone calls I was told they would give me half my money back BUTTHEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT. Only time I've ever used Globe Trekkers and will never trust them again with any vacation tour,

We are disappointed to hear that you feel your experience was not up to the VIP standards you expected. We pride ourselves on providing top quality service to all of our customers. However, if you are going to leave a review like this please don't blatantly lie about it. If our service doesn't meet VIP standards that we expect, we will happily accept the criticism, however, we feel that you should also mention that you had already spent 3 full days in the park and you were just looking for a way to get your money back but you waited too late to cancel and you realized it. Next, the vehicle you were provided was a 4x4 Crew Cab Dodge Ram that you were informed the day before your tour and made no objections to it. Lastly, you did receive a 50% refund even after you had completed half the tour before you requested to be taken back to your hotel. The refund documentation is available for view and verification through Trip Advisor / Viator for your viewing convenience. Also you don't have to worry about taking a tour with our company in the future, because you are banned from future reservations because of the language and way you spoke to our guide during your tour. ( Which had we known about the abusive way you spoke and acted, we would have not have given any refund).

AJ was fantastic! We are so happy we decided to book this tour of Yellowstone. We saw everything we wanted on the lower loop tour, and then some. He gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip to do on our own. I would highly recommend them!
