My friend and I booked them for the road to Hana tour and let me say they did not disappoint, in fact is was above and beyond any expectations we could of had. Valerie was an amazing tour guide and picked us up in such a nice vehicle from The Grand Wailea. She had snacks and water ready for our long day of seeing waterfalls and scenery. She had no problems taking our pictures at every stop to capture the memories and was full of information for every question we asked. Not one boring moment happened that day and my friend and I would have to say it was our favorite day of our trip. 10/10 recommend them. Not only was the experience amazing but booking was extremely easy and not stressful at all. I will be telling my friends/family to use them in the future and I will be using again!

Chris. Our tour guide was fantastic. He told us about the history of the island. Enjoyed the tour, stopping at the different beaches. I would recommend asking for Chris if you plan on taking any tours in Maui

My wife and I had been hesitant to drive the road to Hana on a previous visit. The driver always loses put on majority of the sites and gains a little more stress from having to drive around tight corners and taking instructions on how to drive from your significant other. That's where John from Maui Experience Tours stepped in. We met John in front of a grocery store and he went in and brought back drinks and snacks to our liking. John was very knowledgeable of not only Maui's history and all the stops around the Road to Hana, but he has a great knowledge of many other sites around the world. He was a great person to talk to. Honestly, I would be pretty upset had we not taken this private tour. John took the opportunity to understand what our interests were and what our expectations would be, as well as physical abilities or lack of. One particular site we were interested in had a singular Rainbow Eucalyptus tree. John informed us that there was a much better location with many more of these trees, but would take us wherever we wished to go instead. We followed his suggestion and could not have been more pleased. John really was a great guide. He took us to some locations we hadn't really thought about, but we were more than happy when we got to them. Overall, my family and I were very impressed with how the tour went. Fyi - The tour pays for a lot of the entry fees to some parks as well as fund a certain amount of money towards a lunch. You are not going to see everything during a tour but guides like John will take you to as many spots possible to get your money's worth and John makes as a great photographer.
