The trolley is crowded, which was really not a problem because you just need to arrive early to get a spot. The problem was that our blue-line tourguide, Cecil, singled out an injured war vet and ridiculed him for not standing up so other riders could take his seat. The vet ignored the ridicule, continued to take pictures of the scenery, and kept his cool. When I talk to him later, during a sightseeing break, he said that he had been injured in Iraq and that he couldn't use the overhead hand-rail because of shoulder damage. This was not exactly the Ahloha spirit anyone expected, and Cecil should be ashamed of himself for such behavior.
I will say that the other trolley tour drivers were great and the rides are very enjoyable. I recommend the experience for any visitor, on the whole. My problem is limited to this one experience with a very disrespectful driver. I called management to voice a complaint about Cecil and the manager I spoke with was very responsive and apologetic. Regardless, I wanted to share this experience with the general public as a matter of principle.
