We were very excited for this snorkelling experience and we were not disappointed! We went for the morning snorkel. The crew were all very friendly (especially little Benno!) and were happy to answer any questions we had. When we got to the snorkelling spot it was fairly busy with other tour boats, however it wasn't too crowded. Kat got into the water with us and floated around, pointing out any turtles she could see, but fortunately that wasn't really needed as there were lots around! The water was pretty clear so you could see them down in the depths, but when they came up to take a breath it was magical. We would highly recommend Mana Kai as your tour guides to see sea turtles!

My issue is with Viatour. I booked this snorkel trip a few days prior to departure. The day of, I had eaten something that disagreed with me and was in no condition to go on a boat. I notified Viatour who said too bad, no refunds. I was out $125. Viatour didn't even let the boat know. The captain called me thinking I was late and I had to let him know that I contacted Viatour to let them know that I was sick and unable to go on the boat. The people that run the boat sound nice. Go direct if possible. Sad to be sick on vacation, sad to miss out on an activity I was looking forward to, and sad to be out money because Viatour doesn't care.
