Guests will walk through the slot canyon known as Waterhole Canyon. Located just 5 miles south of Page, AZ on the Navajo Nation is a beautiful slot canyon waiting to be discovered, WITHOUT the large crowds. Guest will be accompanied with a tour guide as the mesmerizing beauty of the 2-mile canyon leaves a life-long memory. WCE tries their best to keep their guest to tour guide to a 14:1 ratio for each tour time. Guests are shuttled from our office location to the canyon entrance site to begin the slot canyon tour. If you're considering a trip to Waterhole Canyon, don't hesitate to book this guided tour! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous before going because I’m a big guy, and the idea of squeezing through tight spaces worried me. However, I’m happy to report that even the tightest spots are easily passable, and the guide was super reassuring throughout the tour. They made sure we felt comfortable and confident navigating the canyon. Our guide was not only knowledgeable about the canyon's history and geology but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They shared fascinating stories about the Navajo culture and helped us capture breathtaking photos, even offering tips on how to make the most of our camera settings. Waterhole Canyon is a hidden gem and not crowded at all. We had the place to ourselves!! The sandstone formations, vibrant colors, and serene atmosphere left us in awe. The tour was well-paced, giving us plenty of time to take in the scenery without feeling rushed. If you're looking for a more private, awe-inspiring canyon adventure, this guided tour is a must-do. We’ll cherish this memory forever and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Page, Arizona area!

We loved our guided tour with Jacob. He has vast knowledge of the area, history and is a great tour guide. No question was unanswered. He knew how to navigate the terrain and all the best spots to take a few photos. This tour is great for anyone who wants a more private experience of the canyons.

We were recommended Waterhole Canyon Experience by a relative who’d come a few years ago and it did not disappoint. We booked the night before and instructions etc. were simple. Our group size was only 4 and our guide Ryan was helpful and informative. At no point did we feel rushed although the canyons are so beautiful I would love to go back and do it all again. We didn’t go to Antelope so cannot compare but this tour felt very personal and we had a great time.
