Путешественники должны иметь как минимум средний уровень физической подготовки.
Затем гости встретятся со своим личным гидом и получат необходимое снаряжение, в том числе: спасательный жилет, шлем и весло.

Willis was an AMAZING guide. We were lucky to sneak in an after season ride, with excellent communication from the staff, they made sure we knew updates on when and if we could go out. The facilities are amazing, and you can tell the guides/staff take pride in working there. Willis not only made the trip more enjoyable with his witty jokes, he also was extremely knowledgable about the area. I would go on many more trips if I could bring him with me! Big Creek- KEEP WILLIS AROUND!!!

There were five of us including our 10-year-old grandson. We all had a blast. The guides were amazing, they really wanted to make sure you had fun throughout the entire trip. We were staying just outside of downtown Gatlinburg so it took us about 45 minutes to get to their base of operations. They have a great store and check in area, with showers, bathrooms and changing area. It was a short ride on their bus to the river after they go over all the w safety information and getting you fitted with helmets, life jackets and oars. Added bonus was food trucks right by their parking lot, unfortunately we didn’t try anything as we had a big pancake breakfast before hand. All in all great trip with a great company!

Awesome enthusiasm, rapids and day! Our guide River Mike, aka the Jedi was the best! Clean washrooms, change rooms with showers, gift store and food trucks for after. Highly recommend!
