The Loxahatchee River tour starts out narrow and twisty as it meanders its along its way downstream from Riverbend Park toward the Atlantic Ocean. The round-trip tour lasts approximately 2 hours from Riverbend Park down the river, depending on water and weather conditions. You’ll pass through an incredible cypress swamp, some sandy areas and thousands of species of plants and animals. The tour will often be under the shade of a beautiful canopy of cypress trees. Currents and water levels vary with the seasons. Portage may be necessary. Please review conditions and specific tour details with staff.

Awesome experience! Rob was great, informative, laid back and funny. He took lots of photos for us. We saw baby alligators, turtles, lizards and beautiful birds. The cypress trees and river were so peaceful. I recommend the tour over just renting kayaks so you don’t miss out on all the treasures 🐊 🐢

We had the best kayak trip with Donna, who was fun and informative. With her guidance we had a spectacular 2 hour kayak trip. Nature at it's best!

You’ve got a numerous Kayak 🚣 trips and this one with Rob was by far one of the best. He was so knowledgeable about local flora and Fana. He also guided us through some tricky parts of the river. I would highly recommend.
