(Вариант 1) Совершите путешествие по 5-километровому туннелю с односторонним движением к бывшей секретной военной базе — ныне городу Уиттиер. Пообедайте у нас - свежий палтус или похлебка из моллюсков. (Опция 2 только летом) Поднимитесь на борт теплохода Ptarmigan и совершите часовой круиз к леднику Портедж. Рядом Центр охраны дикой природы. Медведь, Лось, Лось, Овцебык, Волки, Лиса и многие другие. Экскурсия в горы Чугач с захватывающим видом на рукав Тернагейн. I came to Anchorage without having planned anything besides the first 3 nights. Russ who was recommended to me by the Tourist Information helped me put together a travel program that fit my wishes as well as my budget. He has lived in Alaska most of his life, knows what he is talking about and what he is selling and has great tips for every kind of traveller - the one following the main tourist attractions or the individual traveller who wants to stay off the beaten path and everything in between.

If you want to live your dreams I highly recommend you work with Russ Reno and the Anchorage Downtown TourGroup. My bucket list included seeing and taking pictures of bears in the wild - well check that off the list... I was visiting Alaska for work and had a day off (and my parents happened to be in Alaska on vacation and had a free day). I had not booked a bear adventure in advance and when I arrived and looked into bear adventures they were booked solid. I am so thankful I found Russ. I informed him of my desires and within the hour he had a plane and a bear adventure booked for me and my folks - taking off later the same day. Not only did Russ make this happen quickly he showed up at the airfield and let me use his Canon Camera (so I could get some better shots). We flew an hour and 15 minutes out of Anchorage, found bears in a field, landed on the beach and got some great shots. When we returned Russ edited my photos and provided them to me so I can remember this incredible day forever. Russ you are the man! Thank you!
