Tour guide knowledgeable and interesting but very disorganized and food samples were poorly presented and took a ridiculous amount of time.

Thank you for your review. As you requested in your refund you were disappointed by the non-commercialized service where you were you used to being carried out pre-portioned samples with big groups. I am one small business owner helping several small businesses that on this one particular day our downtown area was thriving. I apologize for the wait and I did apologize for the wait while providing the tour. The tour is scheduled for 3 hours and it started and ended on time. We appreciate your business and support. Hopefully you will try another tour another time and have a better experience.

Our Brunch tour was amazing!! It was one of the best food tours. Winter Haven has a cute downtown area with so much history and so many boutique shops and local restaurants. My favorite was the wine bar with the strawberry bruschetta. I highly recommend this tour!!

We had such a fun time, and she is one of the best toue guides ever! We were the only 2 and she could have easily canceled the tour but didnt and we ended up with our own unoffical private tour! Amazing food, conversation, drinks and good history.
