We booked the Supersize drive thru wedding package for Sunday 17th November via the TripAdvisor website, I then emailed the wedding venue to request our time of 11 am and to ask about flower colour requests and my email was answered very quickly. On the actual day we were collected from our bitel by our Limo driver, Ritchie who was very professional and lovely and chatty making us both feel at ease. We stopped on the way to the chapel at the Courthouse to obtain our wedding licence, this can be filled in online in advance but we were unaware of this, the whole process of obtaining the licence only took approx 10/15 mins and then we were on our way in the Limo to the venue. On arrival we were informed that unfortunately the drive thru wedding was not possible due to a problem with one of the vehicles they normally use to perform this, so we were married in the chapel which was lovely and light and a lovely setting. We had many photos taken throughout and were then invited to review these and choose our allocated number within our chosen package. The marriage certificate given to us is just for info, you apply online for the actual certificate 10 days after the ceremony. We were really pleased with the way everything was handled by the Special Memory wedding chapel and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others thinking of getting married in Las Vegas.

We ordered the super-size package. Pros: Staff was very kind, professional and flexible. Cons: Got red flowers instead of pink we ordered. Didn't get the promised Certificate Holder for Marriage License and novelty license plate. The 24 photos were the first 24 taken during the ceremony. We had no chance to choose which ones we like and the portraits did cost an extra 200 dollars. So photos included in this package are just taken during ceremony, which is not stated in the description. It was clear that the photographer can take good quality pictures (we were shown the portraits, we can buy for extra 200 dollars and they were nice) but the pictures he took during the ceremony were poor quality (probably on purpose to motivate us to buy the extras). If I should choose again, I would opt for the basic package, as that was what we got for the price of the super-size package.
