Our full day Yellowstone National Park Tour starts from Jackson Hole and heads North through Grand Teton National Park. We will guide you along the lower loop of Yellowstone National Park to all the major destinations; Old Faithful, Fountain Paint Pots, Yellowstone Lake and The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. We will also take you to some of our favorite spots that are off the beaten path. This Yellowstone Tour also includes a gourmet picnic lunch in a scenic location.Pricing is for up to 5 people we can accommodate up to 14 people please call to increases number of participants. This was definitely the highlight of our trip out to Jackson Hole! We stayed in Teton Village and opted for the private day tour that picked us up and dropped us off at our condo. This was the best decision we could have made and seriously the only way to see Yellowstone! The park can get very crowded and can be overwhelming so having a guide that took us to all the must see spots and knew exactly where to go was so nice. Steve was the best guide we could have asked for and we so enjoyed spending the day with him! He was so knowledgeable about Yellowstone and the Jackson Hole area – we learned so much from him! He made sure we had everything we needed from snacks to drinks to lunch to knowing where the nice bathrooms were - ha. He knew how to navigate the park to avoid some of the crowded parts and ensure we got to see all of the sights! We kept saying over and over that had we tried to do this on our own – we wouldn’t have even seen half of what we did that day with Steve. He was even gracious enough to give us the inside scoop on the Grand Tetons as we were planning to explore that on our own later in the week. Our family would like to give a huge thank you to Steve for making this such a memorable day and for being so kind/wonderful/accommodating to us! We highly recommend this tour and Grizzly Country Wildlife Adventures!

This was absolutely the highlight of our trip out west. Our neighbors used this company several years ago and when we told them we were going to Wyoming they said we had to call Grizzly. I’m so glad we did, Jennifer was so helpful setting up our tour and even sent us her restaurant recommendations and gave us some ideas for other activities we could do in Jackson Hole. We were traveling with our grandchildren,12 and 14 and they thought Yellowstone was just amazing. Our guide was kind, patient and funny and kept our grandkids engaged all day. We saw more then we could have hoped and can’t say enough about this experience.

We booked the private tour because of COVID, and because we only had one day to spend at Yellowstone. Our guide, Michael G, was AWESOME. He picked us up right on time in Jackson. He had drinks and muffins ready! He had our pre-ordered lunch in the cooler. He had hand-sanitizer and disinfectant and paper towels. He had scopes and binoculars for each of us. But the best part by far-- his amazing knowledge about the area!!!!! He knew the main roads and little pull-off roads like the back of his hand. He knew exactly where to look for animals. He knew where to see Moose, Elk, Bison, and Bears. We saw the famed 399 and her cubs because he knew exactly where to look. We saw male bison "fighting" over females (quite exciting!). He knows about all the animals-- where they live, what they eat, where they sleep, how they survive the winter. He knows the history of the parks (Yellowstone and Teton), the weather, the population ebb and flow. We saw the paint pots and the geysers-- and he knows tons about them too! The chemicals, the hidden bones, the animal tracks, the timings of the geysers--- just everything about the parks. He also knows local "folklore"-- such as potential "Yeti" sightings! To top it off, he is an expert photographer! We had just purchased a nice little camera for our 14 year old daughter, and he took the time to show her tips and tricks. If we had more time, we would DEFINITELY book another trip with him, just for the photography lesson. Of course, our safety is the #1 priority. I was not feeling very well by the end of the day (I am a senior, used to 0 altitude). He recognized that I may be feeling altitude sickness, and had some suggestions for me. He was 100% correct on that too. He made sure we had a wonderful time, but he cared about our health and safety too. I was never once nervous about his driving (always at or below speed limit, always buckled). We all wore masks when in the vehicle. He knew where the clean bathrooms were. If you are looking for a super-knowledgeable guide who is an expert photographer, who is mature enough to ensure your family's safety-- MIchael Grasseschi is your man!
