All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

The ziplining was the best! What made it even more memorable was the group and team! Would have given a 5 stars but my only problem was the system. Where the adventure/tower was limited on time. We couldn't experience everything on exploring the elements below sadly. The system is set on time. So if ur group does not finish the section on time, then too bad for those tht finished early and had to wait. No promises on being able to do all of the towers glory.

I enjoyed the six ziplines that we did as a family group of six. There were about 5-6 other people who participated along with us, as a group. We all paid for the zipline and tower package (because we were told that was the only adventure available.)---but, not one of us did the tower. After you have done 6 ziplines, that involved quite a bit of stair climbing and steep hiking,on a sunny day, where there is not much wind at the tower--not one person wanted to climb the tower stairs for a third time. Not One person out of the whole group. The guides neither encouraged or discouraged participation. They just walked to the exit and helped everyone to remove equipment (probably, thankful.). Here, I think the mgmt takes advantage of their customers. If they have the guides to do the ziplines, the customers should get to purchase that, only add the cost of the tower to those who want it because it comes at the very end. Maybe, no one would choose it so they make it mandatory purchase. So, for just our family alone that was an extra $380 to the company for no services rendered. Our guides, Michael and Korey, were friendly and knowledgeable at their jobs. They made me feel comfortable even when some of the landing areas were a bit shaky. Another thing--the cashier at the entrance tells you that you can carry your bag with you, so, you buy a drink to carry with you--but, when you are introduced to your guides, they tell you that you canNOT. You then go back to the cashier to rent a locker for your bag and place the cold drink that you just purchased in that locker. I enjoyed this time with my family. It makes me happy to see my grandchildren enjoying activities.

Great experience! Michelle & Miranda were very engaging & stressed safety. Lots of fun, great for first timers. About average for those who have zipped before. Celeste on challenge tower was also friendly. Should stress that u should bring gloves for this part of the course. Wears on your hands! Would recommend this for fun & exercise (tower) part.
