The experience was great and the faculty was very helpful and timely with repairing a jammed machined that occurred while there.

Zane was helpful with cards seeing as I was paying cash. Great customer service on his part. Andrew at the ticket counter was great as well. Very patient with the many kids in front of and mine as well. Overall great experience. Wizard of oz machines were great and the clawachines were great as well.

I had an amazing experience at Arcade City, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Zane, the prize counter attendant! He was incredibly kind and patient with my 2-year-old, making the whole process feel extra special.
