San Francisco Night Tour
This live narrated 60–90-minute tour of San Francisco shows you the most vibrant neighborhoods of the city. On the way back the tour continues along the waterfront, passing the Embarcadero and Ferry Building before returning to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf.

We used the 48 Hop on Hop off bus. Our experience was that most of the bus drivers were either rude (Derrick) or not helpful. The driver for the Sausalito bus was fantastic (Johnny) as was the guide for the Haight Ashbury walking tour (Matt). The stops are not marked, so we were often standing in the wrong place when the bus arrived. (One of the other companies, Big Bus marks their stops.) The website states that you can get on at any stop. Not true. We were told at one point we had to walk to a different stop (even though the bus driver was sitting there). We also had to exit the bus a couple of times and stand in line again to board another bus at the same spot. No explanations.

sooo much informations and sooo well organised!! ..we had the bus stop directly in front of our Motel ;)) a bit cold in the evening and over the bridges - but that's San Francisco :)

The package of the 48 hr hop on hop off includes two walking tours. I went on the golden daze tour, the tour guide Joseph was very entertaining and knowledgeable about various things. From street lamps and fountains to different theories. I enjoyed this tour very much and would recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity.
