The tour felt individualized, even if it wasn’t. We felt like we received our own private tour. Only saw 1 dolphin but that didn’t take away from our experience. We saw plenty of turtles and were able to collect some shells. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great experience. We were able to see sea turtles , dolphins, sea urchins, sand dollars, fish. Great views !!! Should have booked a longer trip !!!

They canceled our tour one hour before we set sail. My kids where devastated after being pulled off the beach to get ready to see dolphins only to be told last minute that we would not be going out on the boat. we had no time to book somewhere else. I wish I would have gotten a phone call in the morning so I could have changed my plans. Next time I will go with a bigger company that has backups in case one captain gets sick.

Unfortunately I got sick before the trip and didn't have a captain to cover for me short notice. You were issued a full refund and we are sorry it didn't work out. I don't think it deserves a 1 star review but I will let my other reviews stand up for this.
