I am surprised to hear of just an 'ok' experience amongst the wave of people that have just reviewed our experience 5 star! I'd love to hear more about what we could do differently - it sounds like the price point is something you wish was lower and that the length on the water was a bit longer. Both of these items are very clear during the booking process and is completely the customers choice if they wish to pay for a 2 hour guided experience with premium equipment and highly trained guides such as ours. If there's something more we could have done from an experience standpoint I'd love to hear more:

Our socials definitely display our favorite shots and angles but the guides are always willing to help get similar shots for any of our guests out on the waterway!
To clarify your question on donations - we donate a portion of EVERY booking to Conservation Florida and we hold a 100% donation day in December that goes straight to their organization as well. Last year we donated over $25,000 to their cause - one that is close to my heart as this organization was chosen by Alex's family, my first ever tour guide who unfortunately passed away a few years ago on his day off. Our goal is to educate guests on the importance of spring and land conservation as well as provide them a fun and unique experience on Rock Springs!
