Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.

Rock Springs Run

We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

Ashley was fantastic! Really personable and always looking out for me as I was a weak kayaker. Luckily I went with my boyfriend who done most of the hard work because I don’t think I would of been able to complete it on my own (first time kayaker) Ashley was passionate and got us to the clear water and she made our day!

We had the best time doing the clear kayak tour with Britney who was our tour guide. We happen to go on a very busy day (which she said is very unusual) and she was great, very patient and informative, we had a blast! Def work the experience, the water was absolutely gorgeous.

Jeremy is a wonderful tour guide. He gave simple instructions, allowed us time to swim, provided cold drinking water, information, tips and suggestions for other things to do and places to eat on our trip. The paddle upstream is not hard if you have good communication with your partner and the cruise/float back is relaxing. Scenic and lovely.
