We had a very knowledgeable, passionate, professional guide who shared the history of Shingle Creek, the fascinating info of its inhabitants (birds, snakes & the gator, King George) and about the many plants/trees. We enjoyed the outing so much, wish we had gone for the 3 hour tour.

It was terrific! The weather was cool, no rain, perfectly calm waters. The team was helpful and knowledgeable of history, fauna and critters. Our guide was awesome.

A wonderful leisurely kayak float through a cypress forest. The guide, Ray, was excellent in his knowledge and very informative about the ecosystem and answering our many questions. We were able to see, George, the resident alpha 12 foot alligator and many fishes and birds. A lone kayaker ahead of us saw a wild boar along the rivers edge. I will be going back next year.
