We take off from the Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa and zoom quickly by the Amalie Arena. From there, we coast onto the Tampa Riverwalk, which follows the majestic Hillsborough River to the scenic Curtis Hixon Park. Take in panoramic views of the city and the bay and return to the Embassy Suites to round out your tour.

Took my little girl on a downtown Tampa tour even though we live here and grew up here. But it seemed like fun so we booked a tour. She loved it, and so did I. Her words are "It was really fun and I learned a lot about downtown Tampa". Jimmy was our tour guide and he was great. Easy going, patient training people, good with communications, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and a good way to spend an afternoon.

Breaking News - It's hot in Tampa! The Segway is a really fun way to see Tampa along the Riverwalk anytime but especially in the summer. We did the earliest tour (10:30 am) with Jimmy and it was an exceptional tour with an outstanding guide. This was our second trip with Magic Carpet Glide and we are fans. We recommend the early tour because the weather is more manageable at this time.

I took my family, including my 73 year old father, on the Riverwalk segway tour yesterday and it was so much fun. What a great way to see, experience, and learn a little history too, about Tampa without traffic, lines, or a huge expense. Jimmy, our tour guide, was so sweet and patient. He put us all at ease and my 2 children, ages 10 and 12, absolutely loved it! We will definitely be going back, but next is the sunset tour to experience the lights all over Riverwalk and the Hillsborough river. We were very inexperienced with the segways and it took us about 5 minutes to get the hang of it. I highly recommend doing this with out of town visitors. Thank you, Jimmy! We made some great memories! We will be back!
