I have to rate this as "average" because of several factors, none having to do with the crew or the boat. The weather pollution the day we took this were very bad due to the ongoing wildfires occurring in Oregon, California (drifting northward) and Washington. All of that combined to make a very foggy, unhealthy atmosphere not only to breathe but to see. The visibility was so low that the captain turned the cruise back before time, and the river views were limited at best. Also, the plated lunch was delightful but not enough. We ordered Steelhead (trout) which was delectable but a very small portion sitting atop a large bed of rice. There were some mixed vegs on the plate. I wanted more fish to eat, and we missed the warm bread altogether so I asked for that and had it after the meal. Any bar drink or soda was extra in price so I enjoyed one draft beer. Dessert was also extra. We did splurge on the $15 photo of the experience though. They billed the cost of the cruise and the bar tab (hubby had a couple) all at once so the preprogrammed tip on the receipt showed $33.00. That looked a little funny. I have honestly had better cruises but again, it's not anything against the crew or the wonderful lady who helped us get to the dock that day, since we were lost on the other side of the city.
