First, I want to say I'm so sorry about this situation and that we did have to cancel our tours for the day due to a decision made by the owner to be better safe than sorry. Since you did not leave your name and we cannot find a reservation under the name in your profile, I cannot find the history of your reservation. However, we accepted all refund requests from Viator on this day and did not refuse ANY of them. Therefore, you absolutely should have received your refund and I strongly suggest reaching out to Viator or emailing me directly at
[email protected] with more information such as confirmation number and name on the reservation. Again, we are sorry for your frustration but we absolutely compensate all reservations due to weather.
