Had a great time rafting and the guides were so cool! I was nervous about if it was going to be strict but it was super laid back and was an easy route so not scary. Martin was our boats guide and he was so experienced, personable, and helpful. Thank You for such a great experience! Obviously bring sunscreen and I didn’t wear my bathing suit but would next time since you can jump in! Shoes are provided which I was super appreciative of. Would highly recommend this experience!

We booked the two hour tour of the Yellowstone River and were pleasantly surprised at how well the crew got along. Everyone wore masks and offered hand sanitizer to those who wanted it. They were polite and friendly and liked to play jokes which made getting to know the new people we were with in our raft very easy. There are two dogs in the shop that were very friendly and would lay there and let people pet them. Ed seemed to run the place. Our guide Jay was friendly and taught us about the park and Montana history as we floated down the river. The two hour tour had great rapids, even though we were at the end of the season and the water level was lower than when the snow melts earlier in the year. The trip back was filled with jokes, laughing, and was a very short 10 minute ride to the shop. If you have kids, this is excellent tour to bring them on. They were organized, friendly, and broke the ice very easily with jokes and announcements geared at making people laugh while educating about the ride. I would definitely do another tour with Wild West. They seem to really have the recipe for making us feel welcomed and safe.

This was all of our family's highlight of our vacation to Yellowstone! Patrick was a fun and capable guide that also shared some fun tidbits of trivia along the way. I would absolutely use Wild West again and recommend to my friends who are visiting north Yellowstone!
