Our driver Antoine was excellent! He picked us up on time and was very congenial. Antoine used his time to make sure we were well informed and having a good experience. We didn’t spot any alligators in the wild but enjoyed the show after the boat ride. This experience is worth your time and money.

This was a great experience! Got to see many alligators, learn new things about them, and the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable! Made the trip interesting for all of us!

The whole experience started off really well. I was asked where I was staying so my family and I could get picked up. I thought that was great service. Our driver and tour guide Mr. Max knows four languages and did a great job translating. Mr. Max was very informative...except for the last part of the trip. After the airboat ride, and the alligator picture, and a quick view of albino alligators, then we immediately went to the alligator show. My family and I still wanted to look at the other animals after the show and then go to the little gift shop and then try an alligator sandwich but before we could go to the gift shop, Mr. Max flagged us down. Everyone was already back on the bus:-( We didn't want everyone to wait on us so we got on the bus and headed back. The 3 to 4 hour tour was spent mainly on the road which was a bit disappointing. The ride and Mr. Max were great but I wish the visit at the everglades was longer.

We are very glad about your opinion on our service. We strive to give the best customer service to our clients. I want to clarify about the 3 to 4 hour , which it could be even 5 hour tour , depending on many factors. That is referred to the whole activity start to finish. It doesn’t mean 3-4 hours at the park. That day we actually stayed at the park about 3 hours. The tour guide absolutely did not " flag you down ". Upon the arrival you had at least 20 minutes available to visit the gift shop or buying some food at the coffee shop before starting the airboat tour. Once the Alligator show ended and all other activities completed, all the other passengers got on the Van, which was close by. He told you that they were ready to go but also to take your time if you wanted to go to the gift shop as I would have waited for you, but you decided to proceed straight to the van.The whole tour took about five hours from the first pick up to the last drop off. Out of this time almost two hours for the round trip to/from the park and roughly three hours spent inside the park which is a decent amount of time.
