Sally, the tour guide, was excellent. Her commentary helped the passengers appreciate the sights and their historical contexts. Chris, the driver, efficiently navigated the traffic patterns to increase our time period at the sights. The only negative, which lowered the performance score, was the rowdy talkative group of passengers who distracted the rest of the passengers with their loud constant talking. In spite of being asked by Sally to quiet down because they were preventing others from hearing the commentary they continued to talk constantly loudly disturbing others. There should be a policy established to address this type of behavior. Additionally, ONE passenger complained about being too cold so the AC was reduced making the inside of the bus uncomfortable for the other passengers. Why should one person’s request make everyone else be uncomfortable? Again, a policy should establishes to deal with this type of complaint.
