In March, I used Jet Black for car service to and from Newark Airport to NYC. They were fantastic. I will be traveling again in June/July and will happily use them for that too. They were professional and on time, and Bella was fantastic in the booking process and follow-up.

Car was clean, driver polite and quiet, no scents which is important since I have allergies. They called me to stay in contact until driver found me. Very conscientious.
