This was our first time for an airboat ride and we were not disappointed. We liked it so much that we signed up for the sunset tour for later that day. I lost count at how many alligators we saw. We had Captain Ryan on both excursions and he was knowledgeable about the different wildlife that we encountered. We want to do this again!

Booked online and then had to phone to book a time slot. Phoned numberous times but no-one answered the phone! Turned up as last day here and they said we had to book a time! How can you do this if you don't answer the phone? So, it started to rain - heavily and we were told we would have to wait - which we did - for an hour. It brightened up and we waited and waited and no-one called us. Went to the front desk to enquire and they said it was cancelled due to the weather - but nobody bothered to tell us that! We did get a refund but overall, a complete waste of time.

We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you went through. If a call does not get answered by our staff it then goes into our answering service to be answered with a live person 24 hours a day. It sounds as if you weren’t calling our main number. Please let us know the number you dialed and where it was posted to be sure we get this corrected. In addition the rain has been very intermittent, and the staff has to make constant last minute decisions to try to get everyone out the best they can. They must also keep safety as their top priority, and sometimes although it is sunny out we are unable to take the boat out due to lighting activity that is shown within so many miles on our storm detecting equipment. Our staff are told to notify customers waiting in the designated waiting area when the storm is cancelled, and we feel terrible that somehow you were missed. We will definitely talk to the staff, and remind them to try to make sure they go to all areas on the property if it’s possible and safe to do so to make sure everyone is covered. We hope you can send us more information to our email at [email protected], so that we can investigate this further to be sure future customers do not have the same experience.

We came by chance and had a great time, we were able to see a 6ft gator and they had fun activities for while we were waiting for our boat or after, well worth the money!
