The best views of Chicago can be yours at 360 Chicago Observation Deck! Perched 94 stories above the Windy City, the 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers, including Willis (Sears) Tower. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!

Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

Horrible. Had a ticket for 3:30. Got up there at 3:37 to be pushed out in 7 minutes because they were closing for a private event. Nobody told us when we scanned our ticket downstairs, customer service didn’t offer us any refund or another ticket for another day, she was rude and condescending to everyone and didn’t give a damn of peoples experiences. Would never waste my money on this establishment again. Hire more competent people.

The windows had glare and they were dirty. Need to have anti reflective windows installed. SF Salesforce Tower is even much more better.

Received tickets to this as a freebie from our Hotel (though I am sure we were paying for them somehow) so kinda felt obligated to use them. Booked in the day before when it was hosing down with rain, and we therefore felt a little sceptical. But we woke to blazing October sunshine and the views were just spectacular. This is the point, but because it is that bit higher than the nearby scrapers you get just amazing perspectives on all four sides. Chicago's hinterland is vast and kinda flat, which does bring into question why exactly they need to keep on building such ludicrously high buildings, but having made the decision, they have been doing it to a very high degree of excellence for well over a hundred years, and this is a great place to see it from. You also get a sense of how green Chicago is despite the intensity of building. The Skydeck does exactly what you would have thought and the views are every bit as good as you would expect, especially on a lovely clear day. Beautiful Issues - none of these interfere materially with the basic point of the dramatic views but....the electric green vibe in the lobby is a bit weird; they were working on the south side "open air" gallery (it's heavily screened to protect the accident prone) which reduced the floor area and was pretty noisy; in keeping with 90% of American food outlets the "coffee" in the cafe was made some time in the previous century and is undrinkable; there are some very weird bits of machinery into which you place small coins and receive a strange meccanoesque sort of keepsakes - why were these ever a thing and surely their day is now long past - bar presence in a museum of weird stuff which the Skydeck is not. Please take them away, one or two of them obstruct otherwise excellent viewing points.
