We will bring our guests into real Haunted places for a Full Paranormal Investigation, and record the entire night. We begin with a Paranormal 101 session, sit history, known captures, gear review and general Q&A. We guarantee that you & your group will experience paranormal activity.

We have investigated these locations for years & will bring you there and show you how to communicate with them, ask questions, and get answers you may be seeking from the Afterlife. This is NOT a history tour. This is the Real Thing.

We provide you with a variety of Premium Gear that we use regularly in the field and gather all of the night's events on UDH4k & UHD Audio. You will be given access to all original Audio & Video files so you can review and share evidence from your very own Paranormal Investigation. Guests can also order a fully edited video of their very own ghost adventure!

We have captured evidence of the following at this location: Orbs, EVPs, Spiritbox Responses; voices of Men, Women, Children, Disembodied Voices of Laughter, Children, & Women, Direct Text Communication (Ovilus), Direct Touch (Rem-Pod/Mr Bear), Shadows, & SLS Figures Captured. This is a wonderful and truly unique experience that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed! The provided equipment is top notch and the owner/guide Erin continuously reinvests the funds in order to procure even more high end recording/measuring equipment. This is a list of only some of the equipment we got to use that night (not all inclusive)(also yes YOU get to use, operate and carry the equipment!): SLS device, numerous night vision cameras (hand-held and setup in several rooms for recording), a far newer and improved version of the former Ovilus utilizing displayed words and alphabet, numerous motion triggered objects, digital tape recorders for EVP, and other connected cameras to record the entire event (she has a FLIR camera coming soon). For this particular evening we were fortunate in that it was just my wife, myself, and our excellent guide and paranormal investigator Erin. This was our preference as we wanted ample time to explore independently with minimal distraction and possible false reads from other members of the party to detract from the experience. Erin went far above and beyond in the service she provided us and she immediately felt more like an old friend than a hired guide. This made the experience particularly enjoyable for my wife and myself. We started the night by meeting with our guide at a local bar/cantina for a quick drink and an overview of the history of the Maryville Plantation. After that we were off to a residence that sits on what used to be the former estate but continues to maintain the most unusual activity. I am generally highly skeptical by nature but I can humbly admit I saw some activity that I cannot explain through the scientific method. Now you may wonder about the price of this tour? It is completely worth it for what you are getting! Not only did Erin extend our time by a considerable margin (which was incredibly kind of her and she also bought us a drink :) ) but she provides the footage to her business partner and fellow paranormal investigator Chris who then goes through all the footage and provides you with the evidence you may have captured that night (for us that was over 12 hours of video footage that he combs through. This does not account for the time he spends listening to the digital voice recordings!) My recommendation, if you want to capture good evidence, be polite to the possible entities that inhabit that location. As soon as I became mildly facetious in my tone it was as if they knew it and immediately stopped. Once I apologized the phenomena started again within a few seconds. Overall this was an A++++ experience that we would love to do again, especially closer to Halloween if we could! Thank you for everything Erin! -Will and Lindsay

Chris and Julie were both exciting, authentic, passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. The paranormal equipment we used gave us the unique ghost hunt we were looking for. We had a great first experience and look forward to having another one soon.
