Amazing experience, helpful staff and beautiful views. Never ridden ATV before but the staff made us feel very comfortable with the equipment.

Unfortunately, we had to cut our ride shorter than paid for since our hike took longer than expected due to heat and horrible traffic. We received a map and water. Viator advertised that GPS and Bluetooth speaker was included, but we were not provided either one. There were dozens of ATVs on the lot when we arrived and the operator could have easily offered a complimentary discount since we lost 2 of our 4 hours. They chose not to. There are many places in Sedona to rent ATVs. I’d recommend going elsewhere.
