We booked a 5 hour tour with our son and friends. This was our favorite stop of our cruise!! Bill was our driver and did an awesome tour and showed us all of the stops!! We ended our tour at a restaurant and had the biggest lobsters we have ever eaten. I would definitely do this tour again!!! And Bill’s daughter made us blueberry muffins, delicious!!

We toured Bar Harbor with my husband and my husband’s close and distant relatives (total party of 14) for 5-6 hours. This company was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and timely, making it a memorable and comfortable trip for all. Our tour guide Grant was a local from Bar Harbor and his passion and love for his hometown was very apparent and inspiring. He had historical and factual knowledge about the town, which he shared throughout the tour. He was very approachable and personable and recommended/provided many stops that were beautiful and less crowded. Per his recommendation, we stopped in a bakery for a quick snack and a lobster restaurant for lunch. Both were absolutely delicious and in great locations. We highly recommend this tour for small and large groups seeking a casual, memorable and factual tour through beautiful Bar Harbor.

Sailed to Bar Harbor as part of a cruise ship itinerary and reached out ahead of time with questions about an Acadia/Bar Harbor private tour. Clare was quick to respond to questions, extremely helpful, and we booked the tour several months in advance since we were traveling during tourist season. Upon arrival Clare and Bill T were waiting for us as we disembarked even though the timing of the ship tender was later than originally planned. We still had plenty of time for our private tour. Bill had blueberry muffins and cold water waiting for us, and before starting out he confirmed what we wanted to see, made a couple of suggestions based on our interests, and we were on our way. Being a native of the island, Bill was super knowledgeable and made sure we got to spend time at the sights we wanted. As part of our tour we stopped for Maine lobster for lunch (price not included as part of the tour, cost was on us), and plenty of restroom opportunities. Our total tour was 6 hours and included all of Bar Harbor, high points of Acadia with plenty of time to explore the areas of interest, and areas on the west side of Mount Desert Island outside of Acadia. Would use At Your Service Private Tours again in a heartbeat!
