My husband and two kids (17 and 11) did this zipline tour. The 11 year old had the time of her life, and it was one of her big highlights of our trip to the Hawaiian islands. It was her first time ziplining, and she loved it. The husband and 17 year old though said it was "fun" without much enthusiasm. Husband said it was "good for an introductory zipline", but it wasn't as high/long/fast/thrilling as he had hoped for. He was hoping for more big long lines over a canopy of rainforest or something, and this was shorter platform to platform zips for the most part. He liked the guides and said safety was emphasized well. Overall, it sounds like this is great for newbie zipliners and kids, but maybe not so much for teens or adults wanting bigger thrills.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review. We have tried to dial our lines in to suit everyone from 5 to 95. Small children are able to go tandem for those seeking a thrill, you can go upside down, backward and spin on the lines. Trust me, when you are going forty miles an hour spinning upside down across the line, it can definitely get your adrenaline up. Thanks again!
