This moving and evocative tour of Ground Zero begins at the site of what served as a rescue center for victims and place for mementos after the attacks: St. Paul's Chapel. This historic church was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell despite being only a block away.

You'll then walk to the 9/11 Memorial where we'll reflect on the lives lost in the World Trade Center attacks. See "Reflecting Absence," the largest artificial waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from the day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.

From there, begin a self-guided tour in the lobby of the Freedom Tower by watching "Voices," a film dedicated to the men and women of the Twin Towers and Freedom Tower.

Upgrade your experience to take the "Sky Pod" elevator 1,250 feet up to the One World Observatory, where you can see the NYC skyline stretching across Manhattan.

We had the pleasure of having Ivette who was really knowledgeable and so down to earth just an amazing guide. Thank you Ivette, we experience in our heart the loss off so many ppl that lost their life’s that day and for ever will remembered them in our heart but we know there’s also light at end of the tunnel.

Ray was an outstanding tour guide. As a native New Yorker, he had first hand knowlede that nobody else could have provided to us. He gave in depth and detailed explanations of the events of the mornning of 911 that provided all of us with tremendous insight of the details of that historic morning. He also provided details on the recovery efforts, the rebulding of the city and the impact that these events had on the entire city and the people that live in New York. I feel lucky that he was our tour guide as I am not sure anyone else could have done such a beautiful job. You can tell that Ray loves giving these tours as he is very passionate about 911 and educating people on what happned that day. It was an unforgettable , once in a lifetime experience for me.
