This moving and evocative tour of Ground Zero begins at the site of what served as a rescue center for victims and place for mementos after the attacks: St. Paul's Chapel. This historic church was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell despite being only a block away.

You'll then walk to the 9/11 Memorial where we'll reflect on the lives lost in the World Trade Center attacks. See "Reflecting Absence," the largest artificial waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from the day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.

From there, begin a self-guided tour in the lobby of the Freedom Tower by watching "Voices," a film dedicated to the men and women of the Twin Towers and Freedom Tower.

Upgrade your experience to take the "Sky Pod" elevator 1,250 feet up to the One World Observatory, where you can see the NYC skyline stretching across Manhattan.

Our 9/11 tour was led by Ray and he was engaging through informative, relevant and personal recollections. His personal experiences on that fateful day provided insights on the magnitude of the event that you wouldn’t have known or appreciated had we not gone on this tour. Although the museum was crowded, it provided an in-depth, visual perspective on the lives forever affected that day.

This was a once in a lifetime trip for my dad and I. We knew that we wanted to learn a little more about the twin towers before and after 9/11. First off, the customer service from Viator was 5/5. I was a little confused about the tickets so I emailed them and received an email back within minutes that answered my questions. We met our tour guide Tim. He was right on time and very professional yet extremely personable. Tim knew how to talk to people and run a tour. He knew so much and anytime anyone had a question he was able to answer it. Love Tim! All and all, GREAT TIME!

This is a great tour! Brian was great. Loved all of his stories and just the way he explains everything that happened. He has a positive outlook on all of it which is amazing. I hope he sees this review so he can know how well he did and know that we appreciate his passion for it.
