You will begin at one of our convenient locations in Scottsdale. You will then be able to take a fully narrated tour of the Sedona and surrounding area. There is a 2 hour drive to our first stop. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is a Roman Catholic chapel built from 1954 to 1956 into the red rock buttes of Sedona, Arizona, within the Coconino National Forest.

Tour cancelled. TA promised refund of $370. No refund received. I stop payment. Aviator says it will sue me.

I am not sure who is threatening you with a lawsuit but it is not the tour company! If you booked a tour that was not guaranteed due to not booking the minimum guests (which is what I am assuming in this case). Then you have been provided with instructions on how to get a refund. The company does not charge for tours that were completed due to minimum number of guest requirement. If you did not follow the steps as outlined we cannot process your refund as you booked through a third party booking company and you did not book direct from the company. Please note, that harming a business's reputation with untruths is in very poor form. I recommend you book with companies directly if you do not know how to navigate the third party booking system's. Viator is very easy to contact and are very good about submitting cancellations and refunds so that only means that you did not follow the directions as outlined.
