Terrible customer service! Purchased dolphin watch tickets in morning (with cash) for afternoon cruise; returned for cruise and outfit had been shut down for the day. At first told that there had been a death in the family, but later learned that cancellation was a result of not selling enough tickets (which is reasonable during “off-season”). But why the lie? And why was no one on site at time of cruise to offer refund? If cancellation is possible, should be prepared to handle refunds on site. Called the next day to inquire about refund and was told to either come pick up refund or give credit card over the phone. We were tourists and had already left the island; did not pay by credit card and not comfortable to give cc over the phone when that wasn’t the original payment method. Asked about having refund mailed and was refused. Absolute worst and unreasonable customer relations! Had heard good things about this dolphin watch cruise, but wouldn’t recommend them after this experience. Also don’t write reviews often, and know to take with a grain of salt, but felt this one was worth the effort.
