I was 5 minutes late because I have 3 kids 4 years & younger as well as a pregnant wife. We were touring the coca cola museum prior since it's literally across the street from the meeting spot. We needed to change a few diapers before hopping on the trolley and that caused us to be late 5 minutes. I figured a phone call to see where we were at prior to leaving us would be the least a company can do before taking my money and not offering me a refund. We were literally on the corner at Johnnies Rockets changing diapers before hand, less than 250 feet away from the meeting spot. I think it's extremely unreasonable to not call your customers and check before take off, but even more unreasonable to not offer a refund to people that don't even take the tour. How can you justify not refunding my money when I did not take the tour, I did not get a call, I did not get any service or product in exchange for my hard earned money. It's not like I was half an hour late or something, I was 5 minutes late because it is unpredictable when you are traveling with 3 young children.
