Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

The tour guide Hao Wu was amazing during the 3-day Boston, Portland and Acadia National Park tour. Hao was friendly, caring , concerning, and made the tour feel like one happy family. Hao Wu was knowledgeable about the various sites, which enhanced the tour. Hao WU was professional, enthusiast, engaging, and communicative. Hao Wu made the trip enjoyable even though it was rainy. Enjoyed the 3 day scenic tour to Acadia National Park, especially the first two days cruising Boston Harbor, the Head lighthouse in Maine and breathtaking Acadia National Park and Bar harbor. The nature cruise at the base of the park was under foggy conditions though still quite beautiful and enjoyable. Our talented tour guide Mars, who is fluent in 3 languages (Mandarin, Cantonese and English) kept us well informed and engaged. Our driver Bing brought us back safely and even a little ahead of schedule.

we travelled from NYC to Acadia National Park. whole trip is well organized and the tour guider (Mars) is very nice and provide bottle of water for the whole group of tourist. Due to weather on the maintain is hard to predict. the guider is planned well so we can catch the good time window for good view on the top. Actually the thick just start before we leave. the driver (Bing) is very nice and experienced. The whole route is smooth and fast and very comfortable. The hotel is clear and quite with good service. I will recommend this trip to all the people. this is a good tour to understand America history. One suggestion, bring a jacket when cruise the boat. it is cold on September.
