You will arrive are out Canon City location, check in with our friendly reservation staff, meet your guide for the day, be outfitted with necessary rafting gear, go through an in depth safety orientation and then hop on a van or bus for a short 5-10 min ride to the river put in

Royal Gorge Bridge and Park

Once you arrive at the river you will be given specific instructions by your guide and then hit the river for an amazing adventure. You will float through the world famous Royal Gorge! Amazing views of the America's tallest suspension bridge sitting 1,000 ft above the river and experience amazing whitewater on this trip. This is the premiere trip on the Arkansas River!

After a long road trip with the kids, we finished it off with a trip down the royal Gorge. Thankfully we booked with Arkansas River Tours, because they created a perfect ending to a perfect trip. Our guide, Zack, was knowledgeable about his craft as well as the river and therefore made the entire trip informative and a blast. The outfitter was very well organized and followed through on everything they promised. Their attitudes and customer service are what you'd expect from a quality organization and I highly recommend using this company.
